Aje offers a seamless return process for items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are subject to specific conditions as outlined in our full policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your refund or exchange.
